Algarve Chefs Week 2018: when the Street Food is the inspiration

The event, which brings together 14 executive heads of luxury hotels in the Algarve is returning, and with it the return of the creations of refinement this year, inspired by the Street Food, that is, in street food, with typical products of the region. By 3 June there is a lot to taste, a little all over the Algarve.
In each of the 14 restaurants of the hotel units participating in the Algarve Chefs Week 2018 will find more than a simple special menu, a unique dining experience. There is a menu theme (€30), complete without drinks, that will support with €1 per menu the HOUSE – Centre of Support to the homeless , which, among other advantages, ensures the support to those who are in situation of homeless and Needy Families, providing food, articles of clothing and social reintegration services.
In this year’s edition of the Algarve Chefs Week 2018 return to participate in the Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort, the Conrad Algarve, the Dona Filipa Hotel, the Hilton Vilamoura, the Macdonald Monchique Resort & Spa, the NAU Salgados Dunas Suites, the NAU Salgados Palace, the Praia Verde Boutique Hotel, the Lake Spa Resort, Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, the Anatara Vilamoura Resort, the VidaMar Resort Hotel Algarve, the Monte Santo Resort and the Vila Monte is a Farm House.
