Alma Henrique Sá Pessoa will make his debut on the Route of the Stars

At the end of 2016, as is the tradition, were announced the Michelin Stars for Portugal. Among the new national was the restaurant Alma (Rua Anchieta, 15, Lisbon, portugal), Henrique Sá Pessoa, located in the Chiado in Lisbon. Months before, in April, the Guide Good Bed Good Table 2016, had already recognized the work of the head and awarded a Golden Fork at the restaurant.

By way of summary, is joined in the kitchen by the influences of the north, with the freshness of the Algarve, on the ideas of cosmopolitan and exotic of Henrique Sá Pessoa, who come together in a tasting menu unique.
