For the vast majority of holidaymakers and passers-by, the Purobeach, a beach club, which replicates “the vibrant environment of the recognized beach clubs of Palma de Mallorca, Marbella and Barcelona”. And it is! But, it is much more. At the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, Purobeach is a concept of holiday, with 42 specific rooms on the seventh floor of the hotel, with décor and exclusive services, which include access to Purobeach Poolside bar, a little oasis perfect for a massage, enjoy a cocktail and a sunset to the sound of the resident DJ, where there are many daybeds, sun loungers and a swimming pool, and the Purobeach Beachfront, the beach concession, the sands of Vilamoura where, in addition to sun loungers and daybeds, you can count with light meals, cocktails and, of course, parties, sunset always lively. But, this space on the beach is, above all, a restaurant that stands out in the landscape by its modern lines and white color of the wood.
It is precisely in this space, in the restaurant of Purobeach Beachfront that stands out the young chef, André Basto, that you can join to offer international food (Nachos, salads, Surf&Turf and New York Steak), regionally inspired dishes, with an emphasis to increasingly more sophisticated monkfish Rice (€52/two people), or for the classic Cataplana (€70/two persons), in addition to a large variety of fresh fish of the day and seafood from the algarve coast, handpicked by the chef de cuisine, of the bivalve to the carabineros (the memory is also the use of the and today they sell for a bivalve little seen and of a size very generous!)
It is, therefore, in this context (Beach, product excellence, and kitchen tune), which rises the expectation for the initiative Foodies Night, a concept of the insignia Purobeach, which will take place at the dinner, this Friday (10 August) and Saturday. Are two dinners, a unique and very special, whose menu, designed in unique, will be keeping secret until the time for all of us to sit at the table. Only if you know that “the menu will be composed by four courses, inspired by the philosophy gourmet club, International Cuisine M3 (Melbourne, Miami and Marrakech), with asian influences and mediterranean, not forgetting the touch of glamour and originality of the chef, André Basto, which pays homage to the regional cuisine.”
Access to the dinner, secret Foodies Night is €60 per person, including drinks. More information on the website of the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura or by phone. 289 303 303.
