New restaurant 10: Celebrate the mullet in Setúbal
The city of Setúbal receive until Sunday, December 4, edition of the Festival of the red Mullet. Two dozen restaurants have joined this initiative that pays tribute to one of the fish that is part of the history of the city. Fish in the estuary of the Sado river or along the coast, the mullet, by its taste, has earned a great appreciation on the part of chefs reference, not only-or Portugal, but throughout Europe, where it is also very much appreciated. Traditionally roasted in coals, during these days of the festival, the mullet is served in various clothing and presentations. In the New restaurant 10 (Avenida Luisa Todi, 422/426) you can opt for the traditional red Mullet Grilled, but also by the red Mullet with sauce of the livers (both €40/kg).
On the last day of the Festival of the red Mullet, Sunday, is scheduled a session of live cooking, called “the Discovery of the red Mullet” and led by chief Sky Sales, in the restaurant Rius, at 18: 00. During the event will be prepared, live, several recipes with red mullet.
