Olive & Thyme is a new address that has just opened its doors in the rue Quincampoix. Olive / Omar and Thyme / Jad, two brothers who grew up and worked in the institutions of their parents in Paris : bistro, lebanese Falafel, Coffee and the institution of the street food of Chatelet, that is the Man ouché.

Olive & Thyme so it was a way for them to pay tribute to their roots in lebanon while stain remover by creating a new concept adapted to the practices of the foodies today. A concept that can be summed up in one word : “cartounée”, packaging cardboard round in which will place all of the ingredients : the classic falafel, the delicious marinated beef, chicken with crispy angel hair, or even the “signature” Olive & Thyme served with grilled vegetables and raw. All served with bread lebanese, vegetables, cream, garlic or sesame seeds and a small pot of olive and thyme.

The format is very well designed : the “cartounée” for big appetites, the “cartounette” for the small appetite or for an evening “tapas” to share with friends.
To finish, desserts like so many winks in the land of cedars as the “poorly dressed”, a cream of milk with orange blossom, raspberry sauce and crushed pistachios. What a treat!

A new concept that will appeal to all the foodies who wish to change from the traditional shawarmas tabbouleh. On-site and available on all platforms of delivery.
