Karamel Paris celebrated the feast of the Epiphany 2017 with two patties of the kings that will delight the taste buds of small and large sweet tooth.
After the yule logs, Karamel Paris will invite you to taste, from 3 January 2017, cakes of kings imagined for the feast of the epiphany.
To satisfy your taste buds, Nicolas Haelewyn has therefore created two cakes :
The Cake Kara-Pecan
Cream frangipane caramel, slivers of pecans, toasted and a perfect balance of flavours, a touch of fine fleur de sel from the Ile de Ré.

The Cake Kara-Mandarin
Cream frangipane caramel and candied tangerine, marmalade and tangerine and a few cubes of caramel to put on the cake before the warm up.
