Soul – Food & Dance: the warm Evenings in the Marina of Vilamoura

Summer is always synonymous with what’s new in the Algarve. And, as could not fail to be, one of the busiest locations of the summer in the algarve is Vilamoura. With these two assumptions, was born in the last week, the Soul – Food & Dance (Club Nautico, Av. Praia da Rocha Baixinha, Vilamoura Marina,Tel. 935 319 389), in the same space where, in recent years, there has been the famous Water Moments. “The same soul with new moments” is now the promise of the team of the Soul, which adds to the equation: “glamour, sophistication and cosmopolitanism.”

Such as the previous design, even though the animation course in the area in the open air, the first floor of the building houses a restaurant, advertised as the Soul’s Steakhouse and paying special attention to cured meats. Only serves dinner (from 19.00 to 02.00), with tables inside and on the terrace facing the marina and the sea. The meats are obviously the strong point of the menu, highlighting the inputs, the Steak tartar (€12,20), but also the Ham and beef (Cecina de León), with parmesan (€8,70). Other initial choices are the Ceviche of tuna with mango (€10,80), and the refreshing Gazpacho Andaluz (€4,20).

With maturation between 30 and 45 days, the letter bet in three courts to share: Naco spiky (€32,70/800 g), T-Bone (€38,80/800 g.) and Tomahawk (€58,30/1300 g.). For individual choices, tell it with seven options, from the Steak of the empty (€12,70), passing through the Rib of Angus (€13,90) and ending in the Loaf of Rubia Gallega (€18,60). The dishes are brought to the table with salad and a follow-up, to choose between the other of applesauce with cinnamon, esparregado with whipped cream and nutmeg, mashed potatoes flavored with truffle and potato chips with bark.

Taking into account the cosmopolitanism of the Soul – Food & Dance, the steakhouse widens the dishes less land, such as the Risotto of asparaguss (€12,85), Octopus with Soul and served with a poached egg (€13,90), tuna Steak braseado (€12,90) and Burger mushroom and cauliflower (€9,70).

You already know that, after dinner, just down the stairs and take the one that advertises itself as “the only club in Portugal, where you can arrive by land or by sea”. With a vast programme of festivities, the Soul by Moments, work every day until 04.00, and presents, for this first summer season in Vilamoura, completely renovated.
