Since October, the famous parisian hotel Alcazar has teamed up with Angela of The Café Angèle, to propose a brunch vegan and organic every Sunday from 12PM.
Emblematic of the Paris of the 70’s, and after a beautiful metamorphosis conducted this year, The Alcazar is switched to vegan for their Sunday brunch. A new formula developed with Angela to The Café Angèle.
This native of Paris, after the travel between San Francisco and Australia, where she cultivates her curiosity for organic agriculture and the green juices, following a training naturopath and subsequently decides to create its own service catering detox , where she offers organic, local, ethically-sourced and gluten-free.
This association with The Alcazar has been a great success since its launch and a new map is currently in preparation, with Angèle for the beginning of 2017. Brunch advisable to insiders of the Vegan diet and those who want to discover. For the more timid you will find in the map the classic boiled eggs, roast chicken and salmon.
