The sea, on one side, the exuberant nature of the green, on the other. The single framework that involves the new restaurant Emprata serves as inspiration for a kitchen if you want to share and seasonality.
Inserted at the Marriott Praia D’el Rey in Obidos, the former restaurant Romy is now Emprata, a space fully renovated embraces the concept of bistrology. At the helm of this recent approach, the chef Carlos Gonçalves presents a fine dining experience, original and informal balanced by the sea and the wild nature.
Now more modern, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, proposes a letter inspired by authentic flavors, where dishes based on seasonality, respecting the freshness and essence of the products of the season, are designed to be shared.
The letter from the restaurant Emprata (Praia D’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. Avenida D. Pedro I, 30, Amoreira, Óbidos. Tel. 262 905 100) covers the ‘snacks’ and ‘to sting’, for a start. The proposed fish dishes available , come in the form of a ‘bite line’ and, in the chapter of meat, under the motto ‘Fish does not pull the wagon’. There are still a variety of dishes vegan, in the chapter ‘Garden to table’. The list of the most desired is then: ‘The diet starts tomorrow’ list the sweet moment of the meal.
Mass tender with lobster and glassworth (€12,60), Fregola di sarda with shrimp and carpeted almond (€17), Saltimboca with risotto of lime and tarragon (€16), Ravioli with spinach, emulsion pecorino cheese and mint (€12) and, in the end, Apple textures, apple escalfada, lemon cream biscuit sablé (€7,5) are particularly recommended.
With 82 seats, the restaurant Emprata is open daily for dinner only, between 19: 00 and 22: 30.
