United States and worldwide cafe review

There is a new Sunday brunches in the Yakuza, First Floor

The discussion is old, but it seems to be unanimous, at least judging by the reviews, that the Shadows of the First Floor is probably one of the best japanese restaurants in the country. Always eager to prove that this is so, Olivier da Costa not to and promises to heat up even more Sunday who already feel particularly hot, with a new Brunch, full of the best proposals of the charter and traditional, spiced with unusual creations, designed on purpose for this meal.

The Yakuza First Floor, in addition to the phenomenal location and of the exquisite and elegant decoration, promises to surprise, thanks to a wise mix between the best of the fusion of East and West can offer. The letter of Olivier da Costa is creative, eclectic, and of recognized quality, but also dynamic and able to surprise each visit. Even more if it is proven in the garden, now that the thermometer indicates the mild temperatures.

To prove a group or two, but also in the family, the charter offers proposals ranging from the sushi to the sashimi new style, some more traditional, some reinvented, also including gyozas, mass japanese, salads, cold and hot. There are also stunning soups miso traditional, pancakes savoury and sweet, edamame, taco sakana, and curry to the japanese. As a brunch of respect, could not miss the chocolate mousse ‘kit kat’, the cream burned jasmine, banana cake, gelatine of algae, and lots of fresh fruit, without forgetting the vegetarian options.

One of the major differences between classic wines and the proposal from the Shadows of the First Floor is that drinks are included in the price of the brunch, and in addition different juices, orange, seasonal fruit, and lemonade, there is still a juice detox to think about in the summer. The younger ones can opt for juices prepared with less sugar and adults with japanese tea (hot or cold, and sangria rosé.
