Thin dough: the pizza restaurants that are garnering the Algarve

The pizzas of the Thin Dough, the real stars of the card, highlighted by the fresh flavours. The that gives name to the house, the Mass of Fine (€9), it takes tomato sauce, bacon, caramelized onion, cheese mozzarella and oregano. The Versatile (€8) is made with tomato sauce, cheese flemish, ham, green peppers, red cheese, mozzarella and oregano. The Inevitable (€9) is covered with tomato sauce, salami, spicy olives, cheese mozzarella and oregano, and the Wine (€10,50), only to talk of pizzas signature, it takes tomato sauce, bolognese, peppers, wine reduction Santa Vitória, cheese mozzarella and oregano.
There is also, in the pizza – Thin-crust, vegetarian options such as pizza 4 Cheeses, Fresh, with tomato sauce, cherry tomato, mozzarella of buffalo milk cheese, oregano, the Supreme, that takes tomato sauce, mushrooms, eggplant, corn, onion, cheese mozzarella and oregano, and the Natura, with tomato sauce, cherry tomato, figs and arugula.
In desserts and ice cream, the highlight is the pizza with Nutella and banana or the cups of several flavors, such as Thin-crust, with three balls of strawberry ice cream, walnuts, balsamic reduction, whipped cream and strawberries, Cup Lisbon, with mango ice cream, pineapple caramelized, topping, basil and whipped cream or the Cup Cascais, with the chocolate flavor, topping with red fruit, caramel, almonds and whipped cream. Taking advantage of regional flavors, the Tart of Fig and the Tart locust bean gum are also part of the menu.
